Description
Yoga uses breath and movement to improve body awareness, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. This class is appropriate for most healthy beginners and is a great place to learn basic elements if you are new to yoga. The goats add a fun element!
NEW FOR 2020 COVID GUIDELINES
• Required temperature check.
• Masks are recommended but not required.
• Bring your own mat (ours will not be available).
• Social distancing in place as best as possible.
• No bathroom available.
• Minimum of 10 registrations per class or class is canceled.
• A minimum of 2 tickets must be purchased.
If there is not 10 people registered by 5pm the prior day, you will be refunded and class will be cancelled.
